This section is for developers looking to leverage the APIs used for SmartHQ Management. SmartHQ Management is a platform by GE Appliances that allows property managers and owners to remotely monitor and manage their connected SmartHQ Appliances. The Property Management API is the same API used to power SmartHQ Management.

How it Works

The Property Management API is a client of the Digital Twin API. This means that appliances controlled through the Digital Twin API can also be controlled by the Property Management API.

What is unique to the Property Management API is the inclusion of additional concepts that extend beyond traditional device control and monitoring, such as the ability to manage users, set up and manage properties, and schedule tasks.
